The Laws of the Republic of South Africa shall, in all respects, govern this agreement.
Reservations Procedure: All Reservations must be placed in writing with Lion Roars Central Reservations as follows:

1. Single Supplement:
- A single supplement, calculated at 30%, applies
- For Peak Season, the Room Rate applies for single occupancy
2. Rate Inclusions:
- accommodation, breakfast, in-room tea and coffee and housekeeping
3. Rate Exclusions:
- all drinks, transfers, telephone calls, laundry and any items of a personal nature
- parking fees: paid parking applies for guests at the hotel. Rates are available on request.
4. Check-In / Check-Out Times:
- Check in: 2pm
- Check out: 10am
5. Group Bookings: In the event of a reservation being made for 6 or more rooms for the same period, this will be classified as a group reservation for which separate terms apply
6. Guide & Driver Room/s: Group Definition: 6 Rooms or more constitutes a group
- For 6-11 Rooms booked: 1 Room at 50%
- For 12-17 Rooms booked: 1 Complimentary Room
- For 18-23 Rooms booked: 1 Complimentary Room and 2nd Room at 50%
- For 24 or more Rooms booked: 2 Complimentary Rooms
7. Peak Season:
- Min Stay & Double Occupancy: Peak Season validity dates are reflected on the rate sheet, where it is applicable
- A minimum 2-night stay applies over peak season
- A room rate charge applies for single occupancy
8. Provisional Bookings:
- Provisional bookings are held for 14 days only, over peak season it will be held for 7 days only
9. Deposit/Payment Policy:
- Deposits will be charged once the cancelation fee kicks in (3 or 14 days before arrival – depending on the season booked)
10. Cancellation Policy:
- 3 Days Policy (May – August): Guests can cancel free up to 3 days prior to arrival, within 3 days prior to arrival 100% of the total booking will be charged as cancelation fee.
- 14 Day Policy (September – April): Guests can cancel free up to 14 days prior to arrival, within 14 days prior to arrival 100% of the total booking will be charged as cancelation fee.

4. Housekeeping Notice:
- All apartments are self-catering, and housekeeping services are not provided. Should you require cleaning during your stay, please reserve the service at reception at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Breakages:
- A breakage fee of R3,500 may be processed by the front desk at the General Manager’s discretion. This fee is reimbursed to guests following the inventory check of the apartment at check-out.
- No breakage fees will be charged prior to arrival.
6. Peak Season:
