Yes, we offer optional on-site parking for hotel guests at a rate of R100.00 per night per vehicle. If you have booked an apartment stay, parking is included in your rate and will not be at an additional cost. Our secure basement parking garage is conveniently situated underneath the property.

Our rooftop pool is not heated, but it is clean and refreshing year-round.

Are there laundry facilities available at Plett Quarter?

Yes, we offer optional laundry facilities to all guests at an additional cost. There is a laundry price list in each room that guests may fill out to make use of this service. Please note it may take up to 24 hours to have your clothes laundered and returned.

Does Plett Quarter have a restaurant on-site?

Yes, we have a lovely onsite restaurant that spills out onto Plett’s buzzing Main Street. It serves scrumptious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its approach to food is inspired by home food comforts done to an incredibly high standard - think gourmet Mac n Cheese, a show stopping seafood platter and South African favourites such as Malva Puddings and Amarula Ice-cream. Yes, we can offer interconnecting rooms at Plett Quarter Hotel for families or groups needing extra space.

Does Plett Quarter have accessible rooms?

Yes, our hotel has two disabled assist rooms and is equipped with an elevator to ensure wheelchair accessibility.

Does Plett Quarter have backup power in case of outages?

Yes, we have a generator that provides backup power during outages. However, please note that air conditioning will not operate during a power outage.

Does Plett Quarter have smoking rooms available?

No, smoking is not permitted in any of the hotel or apartment rooms or communal spaces.

While we love animals, unfortunately, Plett Quarter Hotel & Apartments is not pet-friendly.

Does Plett Quarter provide extra beds or cots?

In our hotel rooms, we can offer cots for children aged 0-4 years and extra beds for children aged 5-12 years upon request in Luxury Suites only. We cannot accommodate additional beds in the apartments, however, we can provide camping cots for infants upon request, please let us know in advance to ensure availability.

Unfortunately, we do not have a spa or gym at our hotel.

Plett Quarter is conveniently located on Plett’s Main Street which is within walking distance to great shopping, galleries, bars and restaurants. A short drive will take you to many nearby popular attractions such as Robberg Nature Reserve, a plethora of Wine Estates, Jukani Wildlife Sanctuary, Birds of Eden, Monkeyland and much more. Feel free to ask our front desk staff for recommendations and directions to these local gems.

Is breakfast included in my stay if I book an apartment?

As the apartments are self catering, breakfast is not included with the apartments; however, you can reserve breakfast for an additional fee on the day of your arrival. We offer a variety of options to meet different dietary needs, please refer to the menu provided by The Sanctuary Restaurant in your apartment.
